| Process of Reservation and Payment |

| 1. |
Reservation |
| As soon as you submit an on-line form we will receive the content by e-mail. |
| We will then first check whether the desired holiday villa is available. |
|
| 2. |
Invoice |
| After all details are clear, we will issue a detailed Invoice and send it to you by e-mail. |
| The Invoice will also show the Reservation and Handling Costs (20 % of the Grand Total) which will be levied as a Down Payment. |

| 3. |
Down Payment |
| The Down Payment is to be made by Credit Card (VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard). |
| For this purpose there is a Secure Online Payment System installed on our Internet Server which allows you to submit your Credit Card Data in a safe mode. |
| The Access Code will be given with the Invoice. |

| 4. |
Rental Contract |
| After arrival of the Down Payment, we will send the Final Reservation Confirmation to you by e-mail. |
| By the time that the Down Payment arrives the Rental Contract will come into life as well. |

| 5. |
Payment |
| The remaining amount (80 % of the Grand Total) is due upon arrival, and to be paid straight to us. |

| 6. |
Subsequent Alteration or Cancellation |
| In most cases, we will be able to arrange any Subsequent Alterations without additional costs. In case that any costs should incur, we will inform you by e-mail prior to fixing the Alteration. |
| Cancellation is possible any time free of costs, however the Down Payment ist not refundable as the Reservation and Handling Costs already incurred. |
| There will not be any other Cancellation Fee such as percentages connected to timelimits etc. |
| Attention: In case that you should not arrive by the scheduled time and should not give any delay information, it will be assumed that the reservation shall be cancelled. We will then be allowed to give the reserved holiday villa to someone else. |
